An existing Church was expanding to build a new Worship Center. The original engineer was not a licensed fire protection engineer and determined the available water supply in the area was inadequate for the sprinkler system that was required inside the building. The organization did not budget for the additional costs associated with adding a pump, tank, and associated equipment. Shaver Fire analyzed the water supply and determined it was indeed adequate and the original engineer did not perform the calculation correctly.
