Shaver Fire can provide third-party reviews on existing designs or documentation to determine if the design is sufficient to protect Life and Property and meets the intent of the Codes.
Shaver Fire will also review each individual Client’s situation to ensure they are not getting taken advantage of from outside parties. Get peace of mind by knowing you’re not spending more than you need to while adequately protecting life & property.
Third Party Reviews are critical for satisfying code officials and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction that your design meets the performance and/or prescriptive objectives.
- Review Design Drawings and individual component information
- Review Contractor Shop Drawings
- Communicate with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to know expectations
- Protect Business Owners from purchasing unnecessary fire protection services and components
Shaver Fire can assist in securing AHJ approval for the design and can work with you throughout the the project from the preliminary design to solve any building or fire code issues. We can provide recommendations or create custom solutions to solve any issues.
